When Bongo decided to post the resumes of the candidates for the school board, he wanted to post them in ballot order. When Bongo posted the four-year candidates, they were posted in ballot order. Since the order on the ballot for the two-year seat is Snow, Skala, Snow's resume should be the next one Bongo posts.
But Snow, who Bongo knows reads this blog, refused to submit a resume or cover letter. What is "Mr. Transparency" trying to hide?
