As you humans may recall, about two weeks ago Bongo requested that all six candidates send him their resume and a cover letter if they wish. Five of the six candidates complied with this simple request. One did not.
So here is Mr. Snow's personal engraved invitation to send Bongo his resume. Bongo knows that Snow reads this blog, so Bongo assumes its on its way.
