Bongo's tail is wagging this morning. He was happy to see that the Northwest Herald has finally acknowledged that Larry Snow appears to be hiding the fact that he didn't have valid car insurance on the date of his accident in January. The letter to the editor was written by Huntley's Lesli Melendy.
