Bongo knows that all seven people who are seeking election to the District 158 Board of Education read this blog.
So Bongo would like to make a request.
Bongo would like each of you to send him your current resume. If you wish you can also send a cover letter explaining why you want to serve on the board of education (a thankless job), and what skills you can bring to the table. A lot of people read this blog; especially when there is something really important going on. Last fall, this blog was getting more than 600 hits a day!
Today is Thursday, February 5th, so I'll give you a week. Please e-mail them to me by next Thursday. Bongo will scan them and post them as is with no changes. And if you want to send me a photo, there are a few of you for whom I have no photo.
Wouldn't you agree that voters deserve to know your qualifications and reasons for running?
