Snow Files Political Action Committee Semi-Annual Report Late

Snow recently proved once again that rules apply to everyone but him. He filed his legally-required semi-annual report for his PAC Solutions Now to the Illinois State Board of Elections late.

Its not the first time Snow has been late with filings… Remember when he was extremely late paying his taxes a few years ago?

Regardless, Snow has filed his report, which shows he has $4,375.69 in the bank. It’s not enough for a thorough campaign, but its enough for him to hit Sun City hard and to pepper the parental community with “The World According to Larry.” If he follows suit with his last campaign, all other candidates can expect a negative attack on their personal and professional characters though letters, newspaper ads, etc.

What Bongo found interesting about Snow’s report is that financial support for Snow seems to have dropped off considerably since his last go-round of fundraising. Whereas last time he was able to raise more than $6,000, this reporting period Snow was only able to raise $540.

Here is a link to Snow's reports.

Bongo hopes this is a sign that his peeps in Sun City are wising up and realizing that he is not looking out for their best interests, but rather only for his own best interests. For example, two years ago he convinced Sun City to support Linda Moore, who was at the time on the receiving end of two of District 158’s largest contracts: snow removal and landscaping. Moore also was living rent and tax free on District 158’s land across the street from the high school.

Never mind that the Illinois State Statutes state very clearly that Moore would not have been able to serve if elected since she was a very large beneficiary of District 158 funds. Somehow, Snow forgot to mention that part in his promotional pieces for Moore.

He also told Sun City to vote for Aileen Seedorf, who has been nothing but dead weight on the board since taking her seat in 2006. Seedorf is in charge of the Community Relations subcommittee and has not done one single thing to improve community relations. She did, however, support Snow 100% in the $100,000 forensic audit which turned up no fraud. Gee $100,000. That’s two teachers’ salary.

Today is the last day candidates can file for the five available seats on the board. Bongo’s guess is that Snow is already gathering his ammunition for another negative campaign.

Hey District 158 voters... Haven't you had enough Snow?
