Rock of Ages, Part III

Bongo is still howling with laughter over the response received from the Seedorf song list. As promised, here is a list of songs that might be found in the Larry Snow music library.

• “Friends in Low Places” by Garth Brooks (the title speaks for itself)
• “Shout” by Tears For Fears (what Larry does whenever a reporter is nearby)
• “Would I Lie to You?” by The Eurythmics (in a word, yes)
• “Karma Chameleon” by Boy George (for the guy who changes his position more often than a chameleon changes its color)
• “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” by Tears For Fears (‘nuff said)
• “True” by Spandau Ballet (everything Larry says, NOT)
• “Never Ending Story” by Limahl (the 2004 referendum, the forensic audit, etc.)
• “Hungry Like the Wolf” by Duran Duran (he likes to prey on the fears of parents and senior citizens)
• “It’s the End of the World As We Know It” (what Larry would like us all to believe)
• “Another One Bites the Dust” by Queen (the song Larry was humming when Comptroller Stacie Talbert and COO Glen Stewart resigned)
• “Devil Inside” by INXS (you have to look close to see the horns)
• “Hysteria” by Def Leopard (what Larry tried to create with the MRSA issue)
• “A Little Respect” by Erasure (what he wants, but will never get)
• “Obsession” by Animotion (what District 158 and attention from the media is to him)
• “Run Away” by Real McCoy (anyone who changes his name must be running away from his past)
• “Lonesome Loser” by The Little River Band (people reap what they sow)
• “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap” by AC/DC (the slogan on his business cards)

…and the combined favorite CD of all time for both Snow and Seedorf is…

Appetite for Destruction” by Guns N’ Roses
