Is There a Light at the End of the Negotiations Tunnel?

The Daily Herald posted a story this morning that gives reason for humans and dogs alike to be optimistic that school will not be delayed or disrupted by a strike. According to the story, (read it here), Tuesday's negotiation session was very productive.

Bongo wishes the Daily Herald would quit referring to Larry Snow as the "chief negotiator." Just because he calls the press every day and vice versa, it doesn't mean he's the spokesperson for the board. Most of the others have day jobs that prohibit them from being available to the press 24-7.
