Bongo has learned that Larry Snow and Aileen Seedorf have apologized to a host of people for their despicable behavior over the last several years. Seedorf apologized for saying she would be an “independent thinker” if elected, and she also apologized for all of the male bashing she did while campaigning as a “Woman for District 158.” She asked forgiveness for trying to ban blood drives at the high school during a time of war, and for whatever role she may have had in pushing former Comptroller Stacie Talbert out the door. She said she knew it was wrong to purposely call Dr. Burkey “Mr.” Burkey to show disrespect, and promised to use his proper surname in the future. Lastly, she promised to never again be party to illegal electioneering activity that involves displaying her campaign signs on public-owned property outside of a popular Del Webb polling place on Election Day.
Snow asked forgiveness for the multitude of times when he attacked the character and reputations of long-time board members Mike Skala and Kim Skaja, and apologized for taking a jab at Kevin Gentry by calling him “Mrs. Gentry” in an e-mail to the teachers union president. In addition, Snow asked board member Tony Quagliano if they could be friends again, in spite of the fact that Snow tried to ruin his reputation as a top notch CPA and finance expert once Quagliano figured out what Snow’s real agenda was. He told Board President Shawn Green he was very sorry for all the times he tried to circumvent Green’s authority over meetings and also for the times he flirted with trying to destroy Green’s professional integrity. Furthermore, Snow apologized to Superintendent Burkey, Associate Superintendent Awrey, Naomi Fettes, Lauren Smith, the building principals and the teachers for all of the ridiculous demands made on their time that took them away from their real jobs of running the day to day operations of one of the area’s largest school districts. He made a blanket apology to every parent volunteer who donated time through the committee to build and staff the new schools and said he was sorry for calling the parents liars. He also retracted every false statement ever made in full-page ads in the Sun City Herald, countless stories in the Daily and Northwest Heralds, and in letters mailed to residents. Lastly, Snow apologized for all of the administrators and teachers who have left District 158 since he took office so they could work in a less hostile environment.
Both promised to behave from now on, and pledged to the people of Sun City that they would stop taking advantage of them by using scare tactics to make the senior citizens think the school district was being run by a bunch of thieves.

Oh, Bongo, for just one small second I thought I was in doggy heaven! Toto
While funny, this is also very sad. This is a post that every District 158 parent should see so that they can know what horrible things are going on behind the scenes at their kids' school district. Keep sniffing out those stories Bongo! You probably have Snow and Seedorf pretty scared!
