Bongo missed this one, but when he was taking the paper out to line the inside of his dog house, he saw this editorial from the Daily Herald. In addition to suggesting that the union was way off base, this one also slaps the paw of the school board for suggesting an intial proposal that exceeds what many people in the private sector are likely to get this year as a raise.
