It's a big no-no by anyone's standards, but then again, Bongo has been saying for a while now that Snow thinks the rules apply to everyone but him.
Insurance? That's for other people.
Paying taxes by the state/federal mandated deadlines? That's for other people.
Obeying the Illinois School Code's Code of Conduct for a Board Member? That's for other people.
Is anyone seeing a pattern here?
Bongo admits he has known about Larry Snow's January car accident for a few weeks now, but since Snow was injured in the wreck, Bongo felt some compassion was in order. After all, car accidents happen and its never a good thing when people get hurt as a result.
But now Jameel has blown the doors off of the revelation that Snow was cited for not having insurance. Whether this means that Snow didn't have insurance or simply didn't have the card with him in his car remains to be seen. But there will be a mandatory court date, and Snow will have some explaining to do. Do you think he'll say it was BEST's fault?
Here is a link to the Daily Herald story. The comments are interesting, but Bongo feels that a few of them lack sensitivity to the injuries sustained in the crash.
